AI Change Summary helps you quickly understand the most important differences between two documents. It highlights meaningful legal and business changes so you can prioritize your review, assess required effort, and spot issues that may need immediate attention.

How to Use AI Change Summary

Compare two documents using the Comparison feature.
Click the AI Summary button in the top-right corner of the comparison window to open the AI Change Summary panel.

What You’ll See

Executive Summary: A high-level overview of the most significant changes.

Section-Based Summaries: A breakdown of changes grouped by section, focusing only on changes with material legal or business impact.

Additional Options

Refresh Summary: Regenerate the summary if you want a different take.
Copy Text: Copy the summary to your clipboard for easy sharing or documentation.
Provide Feedback: Click a thumbs up or thumbs down to let us know how the summary worked for you. Your feedback helps us improve the feature.
